Week 6 - tomorrow monday of my diet ! i cant believe ive kept it up for so long and ive realised its all got to do with how strong you are. all those times i wasted trying to loose weight i could have got it sooner if had pushed myself. I have changed my mind and completely refuse to weigh myself, im going to judge by how my body changes because if i go on the scales and weigh more because of muscle ive gained i'll be paranoid and think ive actually gained weight! so in about 4 months time i will weigh myself on a proper scale that measures body fat & b.m.i so i will know how much weight ive lost!
everyone is saying how much weight ive lost already but i still feel like somethings going to go horribly wrong there are momments where i feel like i can do it and other times i think ''am i even loosing weight ?'' my problem is just that i have no patience and thats the same reason why ive failed so many times :(

You just have to be in the right place mentally in order to lose weight. You can do it 20 times and then on the 21 time, something clicks. It's not easy, but good for you for finding your motivation. Good luck!

thanks ! its hard to be in the right place mentally no one ever thinks they are , i never thought i would be but you have to force yourself the time is now not when you feel like it -because you are never gonna feel like it if your lazy like me !
