I'm hugely intrigued by Kingkeld's new eating regime adventure. I watched the video myself and was very impressed. The ultimate solution in the programme, of 'fasting' for two days a week seems achievable and I'm planning to try it.

If I can find a hospital here that will do the blood tests before I start that would be ideal, so we can measure again later and see if there really is any improvement. I wouldn't be doing this for weight loss, although I'm sure it would help, but rather for the optimal health that the regime appears to offer.

Currently doing further research and trying to find a hospital within the next week, otherwise I'll start anyway.
