Time for me to get back to what works. Been really lax and trying to keep calories in my head. I have be in denial long enough. It does not work not to keep on fat secret and I am back now and will keep a honest account of the eating. It is too easy to say it is just a bite it won't hurt and pretty soon you are losing count and the scale starts to move in the wrong direction. NO MORE!
