I'm not unhappy with this weigh-in, 300 gr up since yesterday but we did have a lovely evening and I over-indulged on the alcohol and the birthday cake.

That was planned and expected and the overall trend is downward - I feel lighter! - so that's OK.
58.7 kg Lost so far: 3.3 kg.    Still to go: 1.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
