Went out to chinese buffet today with my best friend and had way more calories than I should have. I have been slipping a lot more but am still losing weight. Funny thing they was playing christmas music in march 😂 Any idea how I can try to avoid buffets and get back on board?

Don’t set urself up for failure. Personally I don’t avoid them, I go to buffets I over meats and 1 portion of dessert 🍨only

I avoid buffets like the plague, and generally the food isn't that good. Maybe start looking for locally owned places to eat out at.

You have to really really want it. What are your reasons for losing weight? Your desire and reason for losing weight has to be stronger than your desire to overeat at the buffet.
