Here I go again! I recently purchased Fit Girls Guide to see how that might work for me. Lol 😂 so far since the challenge started Monday I’ve done one day of 4 for exercising and 0 days of healthy eating. Though tbh I didn’t get the book until Tuesday and Wednesday was my youngest daughters 11 birthday with family over to celebrate. I did stop myself from having that last glass of wine (though I had more then most ppl normally drink but it was less then I normally drink so I’m counting it as a good thing!) or second piece of cake though so that’s something. I’m always full of excuses. I know this and must stop excusing my behavior. Then today a friend brings me a box of fresh made warm hot cross buns. Couldn’t be rude! Had to have one then decided one more would be good too.
