This week had some ups and downs, but after seven days, my weight is holding steady. I've added back in a few more foods, but I'm still finding it hard to let go of Phase I and its awesome results, especially when I'm so close and feeling great in my clothes. At least it's not eggs everyday for breakfast anymore! I'm hoping that next week I can add back in exercise to my routine (as they say, hope springs eternal). Wish me luck.
