Cant complain about a lb a day (even though I want to).
Hell, I can complain about anything. I had a cousin once tell me "You'd bitch if they hung you with a new rope!" Well, that cousin has spent most of his adult life in prison, so, maybe he should be the one complaining.
One of my buddies is moving back out here end of the Month. It will be good to have him back out here. He is kind of a drinking buddy though, so it could be damaging on the old diet program, lol. But he is someone I can trust and I can talk to, so its all good. We both grew up in Florida not far from each other.
Yesterdays food choices went good. Even dinner. Bike riding was nice, it was a bit warmer, and I had on layers that turned out "just right".
After bike ride, and dinner, our neighbor brought us cupcakes! The nerve! Anyway they were euro-style (not very sweet), and about as big as a cookie. So I had one! It was alright. She said she was a "Rubbish cook", but she was being hard on herself. I will have to return the favour, lol. See how I spelt that euro-style! XD
Today, no bike, and mongolian BBQ. Hmmm. I do have concerns. Tomorrow we are doing no cheat day. Wife's idea. I need to get off this plateau so I am down with it.
