Well I am starting my Diet today..
I hope this all goes good...

My Goal's are to eat smaller portions and healthier.
I would like to Start walking every morning and Night...
Also back to the Gym.. 3 nights a week in Weight Trainning..

My First Goal is to loose 35 Pounds.. Once I reach that Goal I will re-evaluate... I have set June 1st 2008 9 months away to acieve this.

Second Day on Diet.. Did a hour walk last night and ate preaty good yesterday.. This morning my Wife made Grilled Cheese made my mouth water.. Had 2 of them better then 4 that I usualy eat. Hopeing to stick to Under 2500 Calories Today.. I wonder how many calories are in Fish? Also Hopping too Wake up tommorow Earlyer to go for a hour walk.. Hopeing to get to the Adult Swim tonight to work myself back into the gym also.

You can do it Bob, I know you can. You just need to work at it every time you open your mouth. Some days will be harder than others, just keep your focus on your goal and know that you can do it.
