Had lots of water yesterday as it was a hot day and dinner consisted of chicken fetteteni alfredo with mixed vegetables and yes had half a pot of coffee for breakfast with a couple of timbits (not good for me or the diet - bad gluten) However the stress of yesterday has past and I don't have to worry about things for awhile so hopefully I'll get back on track with eating up to eating 6 small meals a day again. No what I am doing doesn't work for everyone and well I guess being on topamate does help with surpressing the appetite at times too.
