Woohoo, I lost a whole kilo sinc.. Oh, yeah. Hey! I lost 2.2 lbs since yesterday Jack!
Yesterday I ate pretty good. Lunch was my grilled chicken & rolls & slaw. Small portion of slaw, and I like it!
Dinner wifey cooked chicken and veggies and we had it with dump soup, with a splash of rice. Dump soup is the WW Cabbage soup we make. Our daughter calls it dump soup for some reason, lol. I was about to blow off all exercise because it was cold & windy, but wifey got me up for a walk. So we took an hour long walk, and I did a bit of jogging. Sore in different places today, and that is a good thing.
I then made some rice pudding. It was not good, just like I remember!
Busy at work again, they are cutting into my schoolwork time!

Jess, Yes. That is exactly why she calls it that. lol. That and gas. Plus, the kids are not to fond of it. Thanks King! At least I dont have the urge to make rice pudding to snack on.

I'm gonna talk to myself, cuz I feel like it! I just took a 16 mile bike ride, and its 66 degrees out. WINTER! lol. I had a long-sleeve pullover windbreaker on, but it got too hot. So I rode in my long pants only. They are like the jogging pants, and I had my bike pants on as a liner. It worked OK. My legs were hot and sweaty. Came back to some healthy food until I made johnny cakes with the mashed potatoes for DD. They came out extra good this time! Better than rice pudding that is for sure.

You are really getting in lots of moving! Awesome. I bet your dump soup would go great with my poop muffins. I have submitted the recipe under an assumed name of Banana Oat Bran Muffins but so far FS has left it unapproved. :( Keep up the good work!
