I can hardly believe that I lost three pounds over night! Then again, I mixed up my routine by working out and using Wii Fit Plus. I especially like to do the boxing stuff and the Kung Fu games. When I do those a few times, my arms ache deliciously the next day. Anyway, I think I'm going to make an egg white omelet, toast an English muffin with raspberry jam and have an apple or banana today for breakfast. I'm not sure what I'll have for lunch yet but I think it might be a smart ones fettuccine alfredo.
