So dissapointed with myself, but trying to get back on track this week. I have gained back everything I lost since I wasn't keeping track of what I put in my mouth (which has been everything). I won't beat myself up over this. My goal is to not gain anything else during the holidays and after Jan 1 it is on! I want to get to my ultimate goal on 150 by the time boating season is here and if I start that early there should be no problems:) I just need to keep on track and do it!

Yep, I'm with you. I haven't gained everything back, but I'm on that track. This time of year kills me, but my hope is to at least keep maintaining through the holidays, then get back on track after Jan. 1st also. We can all do this!!
