whoop whoop! back down to 199.8 I've just been eating 3x a day vs 1x a day and smaller meals as well as walking 10 minutes after every meal and it's working!
90.6 kg Lost so far: 0.5 kg.    Still to go: 29.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
