Meditation this morning with church group, then 3 hours cleaning the Rectory.
Pick up two friends for church then 2 hours at the pub to hear friend play with the band. Salad and spring water, sour cream instead of dressing...planning ahead helps keep me on track.
Only 1/2 a pound away from breaking 160lbs!!!!
