I went to Kristan's graduation last night and had a wonderful time. I ate chicken, ceaser salad, and had desert. I figure that I'll move up the 'break' to now. And, I'll start the diet again tomorrow morning. I did gain a bit back, about 1/2 lb. But it isn't as bad as the 1 - 2 lb I was gaining on Atkins.
