Lost 1lb this week. Happy with that, losing a lb per week is ideal. I am just eating less of what I normally have. I love Bread but have restricted my self to one slice each time.
66.2 kg Lost so far: 0.5 kg.    Still to go: 5.9 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
