족발 300g ㅡ대략 700~800kcal
양이 적을 줄 알았지만 엄청났습니다. 쌈채소와 무말랭이를 같이 먹으니 더더욱. 치킨 한마리 먹느니 족발을 먹는게 훨씬 이로운 것 같습니다!
