I haven't lost any weigh for a week or so .. omg what do I do ??? just keep going .. but cut the honey in my tea in the morning 😑
help please anyone 😭

Start keeping track of your measurements (waist, chest, thighs etc) You may well find you're losing cm/inches rather than pounds, especially if you're exercising at all
