Finally decided to take care of myself again. Getting down to a size 0 really freaked me out last year, but I put too much weight back on. Then I wrote 4 books and finished up my PhD. So, yeah, eating and health have been atrocious. But now my business has really taken off, I have time to focus on me again - yay!! :-)
