I stayed at a steady weight today. Yesterday, I ate the soup in the afternoon instead of for supper. That might have something to do with it. Today is my daughter's graduation. I'll blow the diet today, but get back on it tomorrow.
Today is day six, so most of the stuff at the dinner will be allowed...I can't imagine that the portions will be very large.
