Followed my diet to a T, yesterday. Today not so great. I missed 2 shakes, then I ate 5 Lindor chocolates. Fixed lasagna for my husband. Tasted it. Really was a teeny tiny taste.
99.8 kg Lost so far: 0.9 kg.    Still to go: 20.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
