I am so happy! I haven’t seen the 180’s in years! I know this is barely a drop, but I was worried I’d gained. We went to a fish-fry last night with two other couples and it took almost an hour waiting in line to get a seat. I’d ordered the baked 1 piece dinner, and I’d budgeted calories all day for dessert. Still, when a lady came around with free hush puppies, I couldn’t resist having 1. And I did turn down the free chocolate chip cookies she came around with a few minutes later. But it turned out the baked fish was all breaded and had fat added. Honestly, if I’d known it was like this I would’ve gotten the deep fried! So what did I learn—always ask how a place’s version of something is prepared. Good time with friends, though, and an almost pound and a half drop for the week! 😀🎈
