Tomato and Beef Day. I cut up 2 tomatoes, put pepper corns on them, and then brought a container of soup to work. I didn't bring cranberry juice today. I think the tomatoe is enough acid.

I lost more than 1lb yesterday. According to the Weigh In Now tool, I am loosing at a rate of 9lb a week. I don't feel hungry. I have eaten better than I normally would. I sleep less.
