Hi I joined yesterday, June 22nd in hopes of finding support for my weight loss/health goals. I will never be model skinny, my body simply is not made for that, however I do want to get back down to a healthier weight. This weight didn't just jump on me so I know it will not just jump off of me. I am a potato loving, pasta loving woman. So I need to get off of the sugars and white stuff. I am hoping since it's summer and there are lots of fresh fruits and veggies out there that it will help me a lot. One of my biggest challenges is eating at the right time with having healthy snacks in between. My job keeps me on the road and not sitting in an office where I can go to the kitchen and get what I need. I am in the office for parts of the day but need to focus on getting in breakfast, snack, and lunch on a schedule.
That's what I am feeling that I need to focus on, and creating a schedule.
