Steps for yesterday 15094. I have lost 2.2 lbs in 5 days, not as much as I have hoped but I'll take it. I'm 8.8 lbs away from my first goal of 152 so hopefully I'll be there soon. My Atkins book came in the mai so I need to get on reading it.
