Well, Thanksgiving weekend pushed me up a bit. No big deal I reckon.
Rode the bike yesterday 24 miles again. It was really really hard. I did a few short rides over the weekend, and my legs were very sore before starting yesterday. After about an hour, I got into it and all was well. I am hurting today!
I might try to get a routine going. I have to put something down instead of winging it.
I also need to refocus on my diet and weight loss. Hopefully I can hunker down from now to XMAX. There is a party the 7th or the 13th. I may go if it is a dessert camp out, that was a lot of fun last year.
This is a tough time of year for my journey, and I remember it from last time. I reckon you just have to keep getting back on the pony come Monday.

That refocus can be a b**ch! You know where I've been standing lately, and I have tried hard (I think) to refocus. I've been thinking that I did reasonably well, just by winging it, and fact is that I just slowly gained weight. It's so EASY to slide. I see that now that I register EVERYTHING, I have a whole different focus, and I really like it. I know you've got an awesome smart phone. The FatSecret app just got an update and is better than ever. Go use it! :)

Yeah Keld, We're doing it! Its rough. Wife is having issues with her program as well. I need to just do what I did before, focus on RDI (Today looks bad already, but its not over!). I do have the latest app on my phone, but I still feel clunky on it. It does not have the saved meals, copy from yesterday. It works OK though. Actually weekends I have the most issues logging and I am not sure why. I guess there is separation between computer and food.
