Well weekends over.... I only peeked at the scale once or twice.... but I was shocked I stayed the same. I exercised lots today however, ran 2.5 km, rollerbladed about 5.2 km and then went on the mini trampoline for 25 minutes with weights..... Weigh in tomorrow.... I didn't eat to much but had a big breakfast today and pizza pockets for lunch/dinner and lots of apples from the farm......
