To keep this on top I’m commenting. I flip flop between Whole Foods, low carb, Mediterranean and having to eat like my family all trying to stay in a deficit 🤷🏻♀️😂 I’m doing a bit of everything. There’s so many who can help you.

Dear MsAutumn18 --Please be easy on yourself. This Keto stuff is very complicated with a lot of familial and social and health considerations. I found it completely unnecessary to debate with others but really helpful to listen to those on and off the Keto way... Do the internet research to consider all the different types of Keto and consider how my body reacts to the regime. Consider all the foods. Consider GoKETOWith Casey ; Ketoconnection.net ; ADKETO; REDDIT/R /KETO. Be gentle with yourself...start eating keto...one meal at a time. I had to stay connected here and across the Internet for two years...to make it my "way of eating"...not just a diet...but so worth the change to my life. My best to you. Let us know how you are doing.😎

plan all your meals around the protein foods (egg, bacon, fish, meat, chicken etc) Use the carbs as "extra" . Measure the food and record. Count net carbs and keep them under 20. That is all you have to do. Good luck!!!!
