Truckin’ I drink water or coffee. Hate to add those half fat half sugar coffee creamers but I still do sometimes. Water first thing in the morning is a must have for me. Daily vitamins etc. Gets my day and body organs etc started. If you down a 16oz bottle of water and new to pee in 15 min you are well hydrated!

great job!!! they are so addicting so not easy...if you were drinking caffeinated and get headaches be on the look out for the Crystal lights with caffeine! they really helped my coworker give up her soda

eamo personally I always avoid diet drinks. yes they don’t have calories but that’s not all that matters - the stuff they put in those has a lot of adverse health effects, plus aspartame (artificial sweetener) can also be addicting like caffeine! when I had been drinking Zero and cut it out, the withdrawal headaches were much worse than later when I cut out normal coke.

I usually drink plain water at home but when I'm out I get it with one or two wedges of lemon. I feel like I'm treating myself then.
