I thought eating a ham sandwich, a diet coke and a bag of baked chips wasn't a bad lunch choice...turns out to be almost 600 calories. Wow! Tomorrow I plan on making a 1/2 sandwich and skipping the chips. I'll bring some nuts and an apple instead. You really don't know how much you're eating until you count it. S U C K S.

It's amazing what you realize when you actually track your food... although, 600 is not too bad of a lunch... just go light on dinner... which is probably not a bad thing to do anyways... they say breakfast should be your biggest meal of the day... :)

I ate around 1600 calories...not too bad. I bet it's water weight and Aunt Martha should be visiting any day. My body is sooooooooo screwed up. Last week I weighed around 138...f-*n weird!!!
