this girl disappoints me. I went from 115 lbs. got pregnant with my first child gained to 150. had child lost to 120. got pregnant with second child gained to 165. lost down to 130. got pregnant with 3rd child. gained to 185. lost down to 150. youngest child will be 3 in May. I now weigh 170 lbs. I'm tired all the time. I eat horrible. my face is broke out. I'm Moody and depressed. I just want to feel normal again. I am trying real hard to reach my goal of 140. I believe that's a realistic weight for me. I'm on day two no sodas. I've cut my portions down and sticking to under 1200 calories. here's to hoping this works

You can do it, and you will start to feel better soon. Remember to love yourself enough to make the best choices, and treat yourself with kindness if you don't. It's okay to make small changes, find those healthy habits that you can live with for the rest of your life.
