So I am undereating again. Great for initial weight loss...not so much for long term goals. And my goals are long term. I really need to evaluate what I’m eating and add in some more healthy items. Get back to the basic meal prep I was doing and increase it. Tomorrow if I can get my sick kid to school I am spending some time figuring out what I need for me to eat healthy and happily.
