new to this journaling stuff...

i estimated my start up weight yesterday and my weigh in today was .6 points higher...

I lost 60 lbs. about 3 years ago. Ever since I broke my foot last June, it's been a struggle to get my good habits back. And now, I have a boyfriend, which sucks up all my good intentions.

It's time i took back control - things have officially gotten out of control and it's time to reign it back in!! I'm determined!!
