I feel so good that my weight is dropping again.

Day 4. Milk and bananas. Well - the milk is no prob. I can drink quarts of that. I am not a big banana eater.

I left some of the soup at the side of my bed so I could eat it when I woke up. That way, I could 'know' I would eat. It made having breakfast a little easier.
92.7 kg Lost so far: 0.8 kg.    Still to go: 24.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I'm glad your new woe is working for you. I'm not big on bannana's either. They make my mouth itch.
