Had a fabulous day, down 2 pounds today. Had 3 1 litre bottles of water today. Yesterday i did not log on to my FS so tired, the night before last i was up late and then was up at 4:30 am to go to work. By the time i got home from work and my exercises and dinner i was just exhausted so i was in bed by the10 .pm then up early again this morning for work. Did my biggest loser challenge and weigh in there. Then had dinner and out of the blue i decided why not go for a jog around the block. So that's what i did.
