Still 203 even after my birthday weekend of lots of good food & some partying. Thanksgiving is next. We'll see where I'm at next Thursday. Weight lifting at least twice a week and cardio 3 times.
92.1 kg Lost so far: 13.6 kg.    Still to go: 5.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
