The biggest reasons I’m losing more, I think, are because I’m doing my best not to snack after dinner (I’m drinking non-caffeinated fruity hot tea) and the exercise. The Fit-Bit is motivating and so is not being scared to walk at our Rec-Plex. Now I just have to get up the guts to use the machines (weights, cycling, etc.). The Rec-Plex offers training with a trainer for a fee so I COULD learn and start building some muscle. I don’t know why I’m so scared. I guess I don’t want to look stupid. I need to get over myself and do this. “Sharons Victory” tells me—hell, shows me—I’ll get healthier and fit if I take the class. So I’m going to say it here that my goal this coming week is to register for the class... 😬😬😬
