Steps for yesterday are 13130. I'm going to try my first Zumba class tonight so it should be interesting. I'm looking forward to it though. I really need to start trying new recipes because I am getting so bored with eating the same thing. Hopefully my Atkins book will come in the mail soon.

Great job on the steps! And le us know how the Zumba class goes! I know what you mean about the recipes. We are going to try the stuffed zucchini and tempura battered shrimp and fish soon. The recipes for these are in the original ATkin's book, but I am not sure about the new one.
