You can make it with cheese though. Baked on parchment paper and the fold the paper over just as it cools

You put shredded cheese on parchment paper and microwave 2 1/2 to 3 minutes. Allow it to cool a minute before folding.

The shells are cheese. I put the cheese in a skillet in a round shape. Grilled both sides, the filled them up. Tuna taste great in these too!
