I have been very strict with my eating. But, we went out to eat and I think I over did it. I didn't have anything that is considered bad. I stayed away from the rolls. But, I can't help feeling like I cheated. I had a salad with light ranch, a 6 OZ filet(with mush & onions) and a bowl of chili as a side. Is this allowed or did I cheat. It was so good. And after a week of chicken and V8's...I'm really worried that I screwed up.
I haven't weighed in for 2 days and I don't know if I should. I've been walking lots and I swam some laps after that great dinner last night. But, I really don't want to blow it in the first phase. I guess it's all a mental thing.

Everything looked good to me, maybe you felt like you overdid it cause of the amount of food you ate in one sitting, but non of its bad
