Oh man. Tonight at work was terrible...I am really craving bread, pasta, potatoes...if it's a carb...I want it right now. My man wants to go out to eat at the Chinese restaurant tomorrow for lunch after church and I REALLY WANT SOME CHINESE. I can't cheat...I'm actually losing weight...I need this weight to come off. I really want some mac n cheese and I know I can't eat it. Strange, I hardly get cravings, but, once again I allowed myself to get too hungry...my own fault for poor planning...thanks for lettin' me vent...

I know what you mean, my hasband and my dad will be wanting to go out after church today but I am going to try and pick out something that I can actually eat! I do eat Chinese sometimes but I try to stick to the meat and vegies which I know has some hidden sugars in them but I try not to eat a whole lot and the ones we go to usually have a "salad bar" ... not that much on it but I try to eat off it after my small plate of whatever to fill me up. I'm having it rough right now though, I'm just not at that point where I'm "feeling" smaller or good about myself. Sounds like you are on a roll girl, so keep up the good work!!!

Have you tried any of the Atkins products. I don't overdue it on them, limit myself to one snack bar a day, but it's better to have one of those around when you can eat your normal stuff than to get too hungry and loose control. My husband and I went out to eat yesterday, man it was hard but I ordered the big Lodge Salad, while he ordered a slab of bbq ribs, baked potato and onion rings, Dangit.... I did have 2 or 3 ribs only off his plate, I'm getting back in gear today.
