According to some experts my ideal body weight, for my height and bone mass, is 175lbs. I’d be happy if I can stick to that, so that is my new target weight from today.
79.9 kg Lost so far: 5.9 kg.    Still to go: 0.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.9 kg a Week
