For the rest of Nov (and I'm sure I'll continue, its just easier to focus a month at a time) I'm going to record my food/exercise. I'm so on and off with keeping track of calories. And when I do keep track I'm always shocked at how quick they add up. Yesterday I thought I had done well with watching my calorie intake, but after recording it all actually went over 1600. I'd really like to stay between 1200-1300. I suppose until I start getting a better idea of what I can/can't eat and it becomes a habit I really will have to stick to counting calories :P

If you have a smart phone or iphone, you can use the fatsecret app to record your calories and exercise and weight. This is the only way I can keep up with it. It's fast and easy to use the app. 1600 is still a good caloric intake.

Thanks, I didn't even realize they had an app. I'll have to download it.
