Feeling like poop again today. Zumba was way fun last night and there definitely are some sore muscles today but my belly has been upset since i woke up. I'm thinking of replacing my usual run with just some house cleaning today. Not as many calories burned but at least i'll keep moving. Hurling counts as ab work, right? ugh..
