11/14/12 I did a 10 day stretch (with one 20hr period off) I am now on legitimate day off. My eating schedule is all over the place as I look at my food diary. I having to add things to "make up for". Just to much going on. Between exams and studying, working full time and handleing unusual life happenings I am just out of my mind with worry, questions and finding time to handle all of these events. So far I'm feeling ok with where I am and how things are going weight wise. I do wish I had a little more time to just focus on that though, Saying that doesn't in any way mean I'm giving up. I want this too much so that isn't an option. Just need to find that focus for all the things occurring right now and go with it. Eyes on the Prize. More exams coming up, so back to doing what I need to do with that as well. Good to get it out in my journal. Can't and won't go into detail but at least I can write something and take a deep breath. Once again friends..sorry if I'm not able to check in much with you but please know I thank you for your support of me and once this long time hump is over I will be checking in much more.
