Down 3 pounds today but I figure the first 10-15 will come off easy. I have not eaten or kept track of my eating very well will work on it this week. Went to the gym with Lily and Sydney and we crushed it. Nothing like having your motivation yelling words of encouragement.

4 sets of 10 wall balls(20#)

4 sets of 15 kettlebell swings 35#

4 sets of 10 box jumps almost puked

4 sets of 10 ball slams

will add a 5 set for all next week and probably start with weighted squats.
