hahaha, sy menerapkan pola makan dg sayur sbg makanan pokok dg lauk-pauk yang memenuhi makro lengkap (15% karbo; 15% protein ; 70% lemak)...💪😁

klo pola makan sayur sebagai makanan pokok ga mngkin karbonya 15% buah dan sayur karbo nya tinggi ....kcuali kamu mnjadikan lemak sbagai makanan pokok .... so this is keto diet

makan buah secukupnya sesuai kecukupan komposisi makro yg diperlukan.
