Since Chritmas it feels like things have been going generically well. My appetite has dropped off, so two meals a day feels fine plus I am regularly in the gym 3 days a week doing weights and cardio. Still trying to ensure that becomes an embedded habit. I've now lost around 10kg, with another 20-odd to go.
When I started this the button on my elasticated trousers could not be done up. Now I need a belt for them, and am about an inch off being able to get into a pair of jeans that has been in a drawer for more than 10 years. Really hoping I can keep up the momentum.
