This Is a Day by Day process that gives results all the time. They may not be the results that you are looking for but they are results. I have had a good week overall, but it has been a learning experience.
I have figured out that I have to put my all into this. It is not for the faint at heart. There is not getting over or around it. It is a all are nothing party. You can't put a toe in the water and expect a change.
So today I am all in, not holding back just doing it one minute at a time, one hour at a time, one day at a time. And if I continue it will be a win situation, but if I don't I can't expect a change without me participating.
